9/11, a day that has joined 12/7/1941 as a day that will live in infamy. Arab terrorists who have no respect for American values struck at the heart of our nation, and also hit at the soul of America. We were deeply wounded, and out of the mess, our President, who had received less votes nationally than his opponent, claimed the mantle of leadership in this war on terror. Four years after 9/11 we are forced to ask why George W. Bush and his administration choose to indirectly help the very terrorists who struck the World Trade Center rather than to eliminate them? Why has Bush chosen to appease the greatest threats to American security, Iran and North Korea while using military action to strengthen Iran’s hand in the Middle East? We also must ponder why Bush turned his back on his conservative campaign themes and resorted to ultra liberal goals of nation building and over deployment of the military?
Over the past four years the Republican Party under the leadership of George W. Bush has gone from a party tough on terrorism to one that coddles the greatest threats to American security. What exactly is the Bush policy towards the Middle East and Islamic terrorism, can Bush be trusted to protect our friends like Israel and the United Kingdom, and punish our enemies (and nations that should be considered enemies if only for economic reasons) like Iran, Russia, Syria, China and India? This week we will explore for the answers.

This is totally insulting that you would attack the real patriots, the people who don't want to cut and run and fight. Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld are all patriots and deserve our gratitiude.
I agree with the above post. Some facts:
1- Atta, the leader of the 9/11 plot met with the Iraqi Foriegn ninister in Zurich about a month before 9/11.
2- Iraq was developing WMD's. In 1990 they attempted to obtain nuclear materials from the Germans and the British.
3- Iraq attacked Israel in 1991.
4-Our efforts have liberated Afghanistan from the Taliban and have isolated Osama Bin Laden is some cave. We have not had a terrorist attack on the USA since 9/11/2001
5- The liberal Democrats are total cowards. They are scared to assert American power overseas which protects American interests home and abroad. A price exists for freedmom and we have to fight them there so we don't have to fight them here again like we did on 9/11.
What I find interesting is that patriot believes that Bush has lied to us about the War in Iraq.
According to patriot, Iraq was involved with 9/11. But President Bush has actually admitted that Iraq had no involvement in 9/11. Ouch! It hurts when you get caught telling a lie, doesn't it patriot?
After 9/11 most Americans wanted to fight the terrorists. Unfortunately, President Bush and the neoconservatives only wanted to fight the terrorists until it got too hard. Once the War on Terror got difficult, the cowards in the GOP changed course and went after Saddam Hussein and Iraq.
Because of the weakness of President Bush and the Republicans, America is less safe today than we were during the Clinton years. Shame on the GOP cowards that have sold out this country.
The first Republican comment referenced "cut and run". Please tell me, what did President Reagan do in 1983 when 241 American servicemen were brutally murdered in Beirut? That's right - Ronald Reagan cut and run.
What I find somewhat amusing is that under the Republican standard today, President Reagan was a total pussy!
Its funny really how people are willing to accept such Bush inc. rehetoric, it's clear to me that there ability to cover there lies is wanning of and soon they'll be placed where they never thought possible.
